Triumeq is a single-tablet regimen combining abacavir, dolutegravir, and lamivudine for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and pediatric patients weighing at least 40 kg. It is taken once daily with or without food.

Prior to initiating Triumeq, patients should be screened for HLA-B*5701 allele to minimize risk of hypersensitivity reactions to abacavir.
